Welcome to the heart of Birmingham!
This experience starts with a Friday overnight stay at The Frederick Street Townhouse. Once you have checked in, the evening is your own to explore the city. You will then get your first taste of The Distillery where you will be treated to a three course dinner.
The next morning back at the Townhouse you will have breakfast before heading to the Gin School hosted back at The Distillery. You will have a Gin & Tonic on arrival before heading in to the class where you will be given an introduction into distilling accompanied with an insight into the history of Gin.
As part of the experience enjoy a pizza lunch from the authentic pizza oven, and produce a 35cl bottle of gin that has been made by you to take home.
